Jal Jeevan Mission
- Under Jal Jeevan Mission, GK Energy Pvt Ltd has envisioned to provide safe and adequate drinking water through individual household tap connections to all households in rural areas of Yavatamal District. The Scheme is based on a community approach to provide water in rural areas wherein new well is constructed or water from existing borewell is lifted by installing pump Set (Electric/solar) and a tank is built of required capacity as per the village population where water is stored and distributed to every household at their doorsteps.
- Old concept of villages coming to common place and pump water from handpumps carry them to their homes has been changed by this scheme ensuring water, health and hygiene of the villages.
