We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Back Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the tendering process by preparing, organizing, and coordinating all administrative tasks related to tender submissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the tender process from initiation to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Review tender documents and specifications to understand requirements and scope of work.
Assist in preparing tender proposals, including gathering necessary documents, certifications, and company information.
Maintain accurate records of all tender documents, correspondence, and submissions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, legal, finance) to gather relevant information for tender submissions.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and regulations.
Conduct research to support tender preparation, such as market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
Track and report on tender outcomes and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in managing tenders, bids, proposals, or similar projects, preferably in the [industry/sector].
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and tendering regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct detailed research and analysis.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
