We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Back Office Operations team. This role encompasses both voice and non-voice processes, supporting various administrative and operational tasks critical to the smooth functioning of our organization. Whether handling customer inquiries via phone or processing transactions efficiently behind the scenes, this position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Voice Process:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate issues to the relevant department for resolution as needed.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Non-Voice Process:

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Update and maintain records in databases and other systems.
  • Verify the data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Respond to email inquiries and correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and sorting documents.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in back-office operations, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications (e.g., MS Office suite).
  • Willingness to work in shifts as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of data entry and processing procedures.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
